    The room had everything we needed, including air conditioning. the staff were super helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, the location was just right, situated nicely on the edge of town. 😊.

    Voyager Apartments Taupo offers absolutely fantastic accommodation in a stunning location, conveniently close to restaurants, cafes, and the lakeshore with easy walking access to the town. the staff are nice and welcoming to all guests, and the impressive rooms feature relaxing spa baths.

    Great facilities and well equipted compfortable accomodation. Our apartment had lots of room so it was nice to come back to and relax in the evening. Our daughter loved the hot pools and managed a swim every day we were there. Staff were lovely too.

    Doesn't have a view of the lake even though it is tantilisingly close to it!

    I had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was excellent, the location was excellent near to the Jolly Good Fellows, restaurants, cafes, and the Mountains. The staff were fairly friendly and amazingly nice and the facilities were nice!

    Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay for great value. The hotel was in the central setting close to Taupo centre. We found nice Millbay Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

    The location was excellent, a couple of minutes drive to the centre of Taupo or it can be walked in about 10 minutes. We stayed in the older 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen and bathrooms look like they have recently been done up

    The only negative I can think of is the bedroom. The mattress is in urgent need of replacement, it was the most uncomfortable sleep I had in a long time. The doona was also in need of replacement. It was yellow and had stains all over.

    The staff were pleasant and we could come and go as we pleased without having to go through the main reception

    There was no morning paper on Sunday which we would have like to receive. The fittings inside were somewhat dated in the 1 bedroom unit we had. Not appealing.

    Good sized living area and outside space. Good location.

    Staff were unhelpful. We had a two bedroom apartment, to sleep 4. We were surprised to learn there was a hefty supplement for having 4 people stay that was not included in the booking - this was a two bedroom apartment so 4 people should be standard. This made the apartment very expensive for what it was and should we have known this when booking then we would have pursued better value places elsewhere in town.

    The upgrade to a decent room.

    I must have made a mistake when booking and thought it said a washing machine was provided and was in the room description I thought all Quest hotels were on a par with the ones we had previously stayed in, which were excellent. Even if the original room had provided a washing machine I would have hesitated staying, because it was so dingy. The hotel had vacancies in a family room so we stayed in one of those. This was good but again, wasn't exceptional as there was no air conditioning in the upstairs double bedroom (though it was provided in the living area) which was very hot. However, heating was provided for when colder weather began.

    Main Bedroom is great. Living room especially for a big apartment with 2 bedrooms, and car parking

    Second bedroom is too small. A small apartemnt for 2 bedrooms (I ordered 2 unit apartemen which contains 2 bedrooms- Got 1 big and 1 small ) really don't like the small one.
